PRETTY IS THE FLOOR. NOT THE CEILING.
Anyone can make a room look nice on the first walk-through. We're after the kind of room that still holds up a year in — proportion, tension, a little bit of attitude, and enough restraint to let it breathe.
And it should feel unmistakably like you.

A handful of projects a season. That's it. Every inquiry gets a real read for scope, budget, timing, and whether we're the right studio for you.

PRIVATE CONSULTATION
A working session for clients who need clear answers before starting a bigger project.
Starts at $1,500

ONE ROOM
Full design for a single room — layout, furniture, lighting, materials, and how it all comes together.
Design fees start at $15,000
Plan on at least $50,000 for furnishings

WHOLE HOME
Furnishing and decorating an entire apartment, loft, penthouse, or townhouse — start to finish.
Design fees start at $50,000
Plan on at least $200,000 total

RENOVATION
For gut renovations and new construction. We handle finishes, kitchens, bathrooms, millwork, lighting, and everything after.
Design fees start at $85,000
Plan on at least $500,000 total
Design fees cover our work. They don't include furniture, construction, contractors, delivery, install, taxes, or anything billed by a third party.

We read every inquiry and decide if it's a good fit on both sides.

If it is, we set up a paid working session to dig into the project.

You get a clear scope, a design fee, a timeline, and next steps in writing.

You sign, we take a deposit, and your project goes on the calendar.
Sending an inquiry doesn't guarantee we can take the project. We only take on a few clients each season.
