- Stage 01
APPLICATION
The client submits a detailed project inquiry, estimated investment, property information, and desired timeline. Applicants should prepare property details, an approximate budget, a realistic timeline, and any relevant references or listings.
- Stage 02
REVIEW
The studio reviews the project for scope, budget, timing, and creative alignment. Most reviews are completed within seven to ten business days.
- Stage 03
CONSULTATION
Selected applicants are invited to a paid consultation. Consultations are paid because they require preparation, focused thinking, and specific direction — value that begins before an engagement is signed.
- Stage 04
PROPOSAL
Qualified projects receive a tailored scope, design fee, estimated timeline, and next steps. If a project is not the right fit, we say so clearly and refer where we can.
- Stage 05
ENGAGEMENT
A signed agreement and retainer reserve the project within the studio calendar. Future availability is communicated in advance; some clients begin the following season.
